Bonjour, C\u00e9dric S\u00e9nat, originaire du Sud-ouest, 43 ans cr\u00e9ateur de cette entreprise d\u2019impression 3D sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les accessoires et outillages dans le monde du v\u00e9lo.
Install\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion Centre pendant 15 ans o\u00f9 a d\u00e9but\u00e9 CSCI3D. Actuellement dans la Dr\u00f4me depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2022.
J\u2019ai achet\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re imprimante 3D FDM en 2013 et me suis r\u00e9orient\u00e9 professionnellement dans ce secteur au printemps 2020, en autodidacte et en suivant diverses formations.<\/p>\n

Vous me retrouver sur la photo suivante, sur mon v\u00e9lo \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'accessoires CSCI3D lors d'une sortie d'ultra bike en Ard\u00e8che (c'est dur le v\u00e9lo \ud83d\ude42 ).<\/p>\n

Cette premi\u00e8re imprimante 3d me servait \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces et construire des prototypes de comp\u00e9tition de voiture de mod\u00e9lisme. A ce moment l\u00e0, l\u2019impression 3d m\u2019a permis de r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces facilement et de qualit\u00e9 pour les prototypes RC.

Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat de courses de mod\u00e9lisme, j\u2019ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 me servir de mon imprimante 3D. Elle m\u2019a permis de faire des accessoires pour la vie de tous les jours, des rangements, des am\u00e9nagements, des outillages, des accessoires ayant rapport avec le cyclisme, etc\u2026 Depuis j'ai beaucoup plus d'imprimantes, plus performantes permettant de faire des pi\u00e8ces de meilleure qualit\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents plastiques.

Professionnellement, j'ai toujours travaill\u00e9 dans des domaines techniques, plus sp\u00e9cifiquement dans le domaine des essais. J'ai travaill\u00e9 quelques mois dans le monde de l'a\u00e9ronautique, puis dans le milieu automobile et sport automobile, dont 7 ann\u00e9es sur un banc moteur de Formule 1 chez un sous-traitant sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Pendant ces exp\u00e9riences, j'ai particip\u00e9 plusieurs fois \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration ou \u00e0 des modifications de moyens d'essai.\n\nSuite \u00e0\u00a0 ma reconversion dans l\u2019impression 3D, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 4 ann\u00e9es dans le monde de l\u2019impression 3d de silicone. J\u2019ai imprim\u00e9 des accessoires ou pi\u00e8ces en silicone d\u2019orthop\u00e9die et j\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs formules de silicone imprimable.

Etudes en m\u00e9canique et loisirs sport m\u00e9caniques<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lors de mes \u00e9tudes, j’ai obtenu un BTS MCI, dipl\u00f4me sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les moteurs \u00e0 combustion interne dans lequel je faisais plusieurs heures par semaine de dessin industriel et de m\u00e9canique qui me servent aujourd’hui. J’ai aussi fait une formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en sport m\u00e9canique, qui m’a permis d’avoir des notions d’usinage, de soudage et construction de pi\u00e8ces prototypes. En loisir, j’ai aussi fait de l’assistance en sport m\u00e9canique qui demande r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cision. Entre autres plusieurs saisons de rallycross en championnat de France et d’Europe en tant que team manager, spotter (personne parlant \u00e0 la radio au pilote durant la course pour optimiser la strat\u00e9gie de course) et responsable des acquisitions de donn\u00e9es sur une Citroen DS3 Supercar \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un moteur turbo de plus de 500cv.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
